I am a real curry fan. When I tried the "Thai Red Curry" dish it was simply delicious, so filling and healthy. It tasted like I was eating meat when I was not. This was a great feeling to find a healthy tasteful meal replacement for meat. And the fact that it takes only 60 seconds and your delicious meal is ready!!! I have purchased this item several times and now my husband loves it too!!!

I took the Thai Curry one on a camping trip to make a quick meal with some shelf stable rice. It turned out pretty good when heated over a campfire. The texture was similar enough to meat that I didn't miss it.

It's not my favorite Loma Linda Blue product, but it absolutely breaks up the monotony of eating the various pouches. I loved the creamy flavor and enjoyed it, but I wouldn't want to eat it as frequently as the Chipotle Bowl or the Spicy Pad Thai. It's yummy and very quick, though!
